AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION 19-401,
(STREETS AND HIGHWAYS), SCHEDULE(J), (PARKING PROHIBITED), SUBPARAGRAPH
(A);AND SCHEDULE M(PARKING PROHIBITED AT CERTAIN TIMES), SUBPARAGRAPH H,
(BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 A.M. AND 5:00 P.M.), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO PORTIONS OF SWIFTS HIGHWAY.
BE IT ENACTED BYTHE COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF JEFFERSON,MISSOURI,AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule J, (Parking Prohibited),
Subparagraph (a), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the
addition of a portion of Swifts Highway, to read as follows:
Swifts Ilighway Road: on the north side thereof,between points 460 feet and 925 feet castor the cast
curb line of Southwest Blvd,
Section 2. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule M, (Parking Prohibited at
Certain Times), Subparagraph (h), (Between the Hours of 7:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.)of the Code
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the deletion and addition of certain
• portions of Swifts Highway, as follows:
Swifts 1llghway: on the north side thereof,extending from a point being915 feet east of the cast curb
line of Southwest Blvd to the west curb line of Myrtle Avenue,
Swifts Itighway: on the north side thereof,between the cast curb line of Southwest Blvd,and a point
being 460 feet cast of the east curb line of Southwest Blvd.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be In full force and effect from and after the date of Its
passage and pproval.
