PRESENT: Councilmember —Chavez, Sternquist, Yu, Fish (arrived to
the meeting at 6:32 p.m.), Man
ABSENT: Councilmember —None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Vail, City Clerk Kuo
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Yeu-Jen Kathy Hsiao, Temple City homeowner, requested that City Council dismiss
the two parking citations she received.
4. CLOSED SESSION
A. Purpose: Anticipated Litigation
Potential Cases: Two (2)
Authority: Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)
Representatives: City Attorney
B. Purpose: Conference with Labor Negotiator
Authority: Government Code Section 54957.6
Agency Representative: City Attorney and City Manager
Employee Group: Temple City Employee Association,
Unrepresented General, Part -Time Employees
City Council recessed to closed session at 6:38 p.m,
CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding
only one item of Anticipated Litigation and received a briefing from the City
attorney. City Council did not meet regarding a second Anticipated Litigation as
it became unnecessary to discuss.

City Attorney van reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding
Conference with Labor Negotiator and gave staff direction.
There is no other reportable action.
