I�ESOLUTION RE�UESTING APPROVAL OF �ENDITURE
OF GAS TAX 240NIE8 FOR STF.EET I2�ROVEhYENT.
uIHEREAS, the Board of Supervieors of the County of Loe
, Angeles did, on the lst day of July, 1950, allocate the aum of
$�16,143.98 for the improvement of streets within the corporate
limits of the City of Lynwood, and
WAEREAB, the City of Lymaoocl is now ready to proceed
z�rith its program of street improvement work,
NOW, THE.REFORE, BE IT RE50LVED by the City Council of
the City of LSrnwood that the Board of Supervisora be requeated
to grant to said City of Lynwood the sum of �16,1�3.98 and.approve
its e�per_diture for the construction oP bituminoua macadam pave-
ment or plant mixed eurfacing on the following atreets and avenues
in said city:
