RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNT+IOOD, CALIFORAIIA, GIVTNG DIOTICE OF PROPOSED
t�NNEXATION Or^ 7HAT CERT�IN PROPERTY IDT THE
COUAiTY OF LOS ADIGELES LYING F�ISTERLY OF ATI,AAtTIC
aVENUE.
S4fiERF.aS, pursuant to "Annexation of Uninhabited Territory
Act of 193g ,�' there has been presented to the City Council of the City
of Lynwood, California, petition dated December 14, 1;',50, executed by
Mrs. Kenneth Beaubein, and Joseph C. Berg�aan and Eu�enie T. Ruasell
and PTrs. C. H. Frieser_, requesting the annexation of certain property
lying easterly of Atlantic Avenue in the County of,Los Angeles, State
of Califoz°nia, eaid persons being the owners of more than oi�e-fourth
of the lands below described. Said lands propoaec i;o be annexed are
described as follows:
Beginning at the aouthirest corner of Lot 10 of Tract
No. 10587 as shoUm on map recorded in Book 162, Pagea 27 and 28
of Maps, Records .:' of Los Angeles County, California, said point
being on the southerly boundary line of tne City of Lynwood as
3aid boundary line existed December 1, 1950; thence westerly in a
direct line thru the most southerl3 corner of Lot 20 of Tract No.
7984 as shown on map recorded in Book 90, Pages 3�' 35 and 36 of
Maps, Records of said county, to the cresterly line of the first
alley easterly of �tlantic Avenue, said point being on_the easterly _.
boundary line of the City of Lynwood as said boundary exiated
December 1, 19j0; thence northerly along said.boundary line and
- following the same in all its various coursea to the point of
beginning.
S^1HEREA3, said territory is uninhabited, unincorporated
territory contiguous to the City of Lynwood, and
l4HERF�S, said petition ia signed by the otmeis of not less
than one-fourth,of the area of land in such territory and represent-
ing not less th2.n one-�ourth of the assessed value of such territory
according to the last preceding equalized assessr�ent roll of the
County of Lo3 nngeles, State of California, in which such territory
' is situated,
NOF9, THEREE'ORE, BE I^1 RESOLVED:
3ection l: �hat pursuant to the "Annexation of Uninhabited
Territory Act of 1939" the City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby
gives notide of said proposed annexation.
Section 2: Said territory is hereby designated for identifi-
cation as "F�7right Road Annex No. 4�' .

Section 3: Baid �;ity Council herery gives notice of and

California, as the day, hour, and ��lace z:�hen and Vahere any person

copy of this resolution to be published once a week for two succe�s-
ive taeeks prior to said hearing, in the Lynwood Presa, a neti,*spaper
of general circul�.tion, publisl?ed in said City of Lynt�rood.
Section 5: 'The City Clerk shall certify to the adoAtion
of this resolution.
