HomeMy Public PortalAbout2011-063 Resolution Granting Ext of Time to File Final Plat for Hunter Ridge FarmMember Siitari introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.2011-63 RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE FINAL PLAT FOR HUNTER RIDGE FARM AMENDING RESOLUTION 2011-24 WHEREAS, on April 5, 2011, the City Council of city of Medina adopted Resolution 2011-24, granting final plat approval to Ronald J. Carlson and Kimberly K. Carlson (the "Owners") to subdivide property 1382 Hunter Drive (the "Property") which is legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto; and WHEREAS, under the terms of said resolution, the plat was required to be filed with Hennepin County within 120 days, or the approval of the final plat was to be considered void, unless a written request for time extension is submitted by the Owners and approved by the City Council; and WHEREAS, the Owners have requested an extension of 120 days in order to meet the terms and conditions of approval and to file the plat, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The final plat must be filed with the County Recorder by December 1, 2011 or the final plat shall be considered void, unless a written request for time extension is submitted by the Applicant and approved prior to the deadline by the City Council. 2. Except as explicitly stated above, all terms and conditions of Resolution 2011-24 are hereby reaffirmed. Dated: August 3, 2011. T.M.
