. RESOLUTION OF ORDER OF VACATIOPS FOR CERTAIN
PORTIONS OF P�NDLETOPI AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF ,
LYNWOOD.
� GII3EREAS,.the Gity Council of the City of Lynwood did, on the
6th day of Septeraber, 19�9 pasa its Resolution of Intention declaring
ita intention to vacate certain portions oP P�ndleton Avenue, and
�� WHEREAS, said reaolution was published and notice of avenue
vacation wae poated in.the time�, form, and manner required by 1aw, and
S4HEREAB, a Full and impartial hearing was held on the 4th da.y
oF �ctober, 1949 covering all the matters deacribed in aaid Reeolution
of Intention, and
WfiEREAS, no proteats or ob,�ectiona were made at eaid hearing
to eaid proposed vacation of Pendleton Avenue,,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE80LVED by the City Council of the
� City of Lynwood, as followa:
Section 1: That that portion of Pendleton Avenue from Lewis
` Road to Standard Avenue, in Tract No, 6312, as ehown on map recorded,in
Book 71, Page 75 of ldaps, Recorda of Los Angeles County, California, is
unnecessary for present' or proapective public use and it is hereby
ordered that said avenue be vacated and abandoned. ,
Seetion 2: That the City of Lyn�aood reservea an easement in,
' over, or. upon said above deacribed property Yor the conatruction,
erection, and/or rm.intenance therein of public utilltiea.
�, Section 3: That the City Clerk shall cause a certiYied copy
'of said order to be recorded in the office of the Count9 Recorder of
