WfiERF�AS, the Co.unty Sanitation District Act, as amended by
3tatutea 19�9 Chapter 882, contains the following provisions: ,
THAT, the governing body oP a sanitation diatrict is a
board of directora of not leas than three members, a member of tYie
governing body oP each city, the whole or part of which is included in ,
the sanitation diatrict, ie a member oP the board, and
T4fIEREAB, County 3anitation Dietrict No. 1 of Los Angeles
County does include territory of the City oP Lyn�0008.,
NOSV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that J, Jack Willard, a
member of the City Council of the City of Lynwood, be and he is hereby
appointed to eerve as a member oP the Board oP Directors of County
Sanitation Diatrict No. 1 of Los Angelee County.
