RESOLUIION OF AEARING OF REPORT ON DEBT LIA7ITATION
PROCEF:DIrIGS
BE IT RESOLPEID, by the City Council of the City of I,ynwood as follocas:
1. Tl�a,t pursuant to the Streets and Aighurays Code, Division 4,
, cited as the �'Spocial Assess�ent Investigation, I,imitation and Pda.jority Protest
Act of 1931,�� the £ollowing report be, and the same is hereby made of the findings
a_nd determinations o£ said City Council made upon the hearing held anrl conciucted
by said City Council pursuant to its order theretofo:e duly made, upon the Investigat
tion Report upon the proposed improvement of certair_ portions of Orchard Avernie b,t,r
the re�oval and disposal of existing curbs and driveways and the construction of
cement concrete curbs, cement concrete sidewallis and drivetiaays and plant-mixed
gutters as shomn on Plan No 1949-N-1 on file in the office of the City Clerk of
said City and as proposed in Resolution lJo 2237of said City.
(a) TY�at the hearing upon said Investigation Report was held on
tne 15th da.y o£ I3ovember, 1949, at the hour of 8 o�clock p.m. in the Council Chambers
of the City Ha11, 11j31 Plaza Street, in said City of Lymrood, and said heari.ng was '
fully completed and concluded on said date withmat adjournment;
(b) That at the time of said heaxi.ng, the City C1erk of the City
of I,ynvrood presented to said City Council his affidavit of hfailing of Notices in
the time, form, and ma,nner, and to tne bersons as required by law; and tnat said
affidavit is now on file in the office of said City Clerk;
(c) That at the commencement of said hearing and before protests
were considered and. had, the Investigation Re�oort above referred to (except as to
the mzu, plat or diaoram attacned thereto, and the assessed valvations and txve v�.lva-
tions of, and a�sessments a.nd estimated assbss�ents upon inditi•idual parcels of land)
was read and explained to those assembled in attendance at said hearing;
� (d) That there were ( persons in attendance at said hearing
other than those holding and conducting sac2e, in connection orith the hearing of said
renort;
