RESOLUTION APPROPING PLAIQS, SPECIFICATIONS AND MAP
OF ASSESSI��NT DISTRICT FOR Tf� INiPROVEP'L�;P?T OF OF.CHARD
AYE1�fTE IN TAE CITY OF I,YI�IVOOD.
The City Council o£ the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve as
folloms:
Section 1: That Plans and Specifications No. 1949-T?-2 for the
improvement of Orchard Avenue by the construction of ce�ent concrete curbs, plant-
mixed gutters and cement concrete sidewalks, and the removal of existing driveways
and curbs, as prepared zr.d submitted by the City Engineer of said City the 14th day
of November, 1949 be, and the same are hereby adopted as the official plans and
specifications for doing said work aTU3.making said imp:ovement. Said plans and
specifications a.re maked 19�9 and s_nall govern £or all dotails of the
proposed uork.
Section 2: luat tne Map or Plat marked Plans No. i94g-r?-; ehooring
the district of lands to be benefited by and to be �ssessed to pay the costs and
exoenses of said work, or imnrovement, be, and the same is hereby adopted as the
°Cfficial 2�p of the Assessnent District° for said mork or improvement.
