tiJIiEREAS, the City Council of �??e City of L�merood did, on
the 17th day of T�9a.y, 19�9, pass its Resolvt=en of Intention declaring
its intention to vacate certain portions of Alma Ayenue et al, and
PIHEREAS, eaid resolution was published and notice of avenue
and alley vacation �aas posted. in the time, form, and manner required
; by lacr, and
' WHEREAS, a full anc� impartial hearing ��tas held on the 7th
day of June, 19�g and continued to the 21et day of June, 1Q�r9, cover-
ir.g all the matters deacribed in said Resolution of Intention, and
�VF.EREAS, protesta.and objections were made at said hearing
to said proposec� vacation of`Alma Avenue,
NOV1, THEREFURE, BE IT RESOLVED.by the City,Council of the
City of ,Lynwood, as follows: �
"" ° Section 1: That tY�at portion of Pendleton Avenue from.Starr-
dard Avenue to Hu7_me Avenue, in. 3'ract No. 6312, as shom*n on map re-
corfled in Book 71, Page 75 of Maps, Record_s of Los Angeles County,
California and the firat alley northerly of Imperial Highway from Ruth .
Street to P�2allison Ayenue, in Tract Dio 5632, as shown on map recorded
in Book 80, Page 50 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, California,
is unnecessary for present or prospective publie use and it is hereby
: orclered that said avenues and alleys be vaca.ted and abandoned.
Section 2: That the City of Lyn�•rood reserves an easement in,
over, or upo n said above described property for the conatruction,
'erection, and/or maintenance therein of public utilities.
Section 3: Th�t the City Clerk ahall cause a certified. copy
of s�.id order to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of
