DEBT LIr?IT9TIOI�T REPORT.
The City Council of the Gity oP Lynwood does hereby resolve
ae folloi.�s:
(1) ihat the public intereat, convenience and necessity re-
auire and the City Council of the City of Lynwood proposes to insti-
tute proceedings for the improvement hereinafter aet forth.
(2) That the general natt?re, locatlon and extent of such �
proposed improvement are as follo*,rs:
The construction of vitrified clay pipe sanitary se�aere
together with inci.�ental and appurtenant work in 3an Luis Avenue be-
tween Imperial Highwzy and Al�a, Avenue and in the first alley easterly
of Atlantic Avenize between Cortle.nd Avenue and the northerly line of
the PaciPiic Electric Railway Co�pany's Private Right of ?Vay, and
(3) It is hereby determined that no part of the cost or ex-
pense of said work or improvement is to be paid by said City of Lyni��ood,
(4) 'It ia hereby fur ther determined that the City Council
of the City of LynUaood adopts this resolution under and in accordance
with Section 4 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Cfllif-
ornia which is knoom as the Sroecial Asseasment Investig�tion, Limitation
and Ma,jority Protest Act of 1931, as amended. It ia heret�y further de-
termined tnat said City Council proposes to conduct the proceedings for
said proposed work or improveaent under an Act of the Legislature of
the State of California known and designated as the Improvement Act of
1911, as amended.
($) The boundary or extert of the assesament district to be
assessed to pay the costs and expenses of said improvement ia sho��m on
Plan No. 1949-x-1, on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City
which map shall govern for zll details ae to the extent of the said
assesament district.

(6) That tue City Engineer Bee and he is hereb,y auti�orized
and directed to nrepare and deliver to said City Coizncil a written
report covering said work or inprovement in accordance taith the pro=
visione of said "Special Assessnent Investigation, Limitation and
D4a,�ority Protest Act of 1931", as amended.
