RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FACTS OF HEARING, AND
CONFIRi�iING ASSESSMENT, IN THE NiATTER OF THE IP4-
PROVEidEN`P OF CORNISH AVENUE IN THE CITY OF LYN-
tV00D.
WIIEREAS, under the proviaiona of Division 7 of the Streeta
and Highwaya Code, cited as the Improvement Act oP 1911, and amendmenta
thereto, the Gity Council oP the City of Lyn�>rood adopted ite resolution ,
oY Intention No. 2171 on the 7th day oP December, 1948, declaring ite
intention to order certain work to be done._ Reference is hereby made
to said Resolution of Intention for a description of the work or im-
provement, the assessment distriet, and for furtner particulare, which
reaolution is on file,in the office of the City Glerk of said City; and
[�/HEREAS, the proceedings purauant to eaid Resolution of In-
tention have been had and taken in the time, form and manner required
.. " by law; and
_ WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on the propoaed aesessment has
keen published, posted and mailed as required by law; and
-'"�' S+JHEREA3, a full and cor�plete hearing on said assessment was
� held on the sth'day of July, 19�+9 and
WHEREAS, there were no oral or written protesta or ob,jection,e,
NO�V, �.'IiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City oY Lqnwood, as followa: ,
, 3ection 1: That the Asaeasment is Suet and correct and in
accordance with law�and that all oY the actiona, determinations, reso-
lutions and orders, and all oP the proceedings heretoPore taken are
legal, valid and sufficient and tnat the diagram attaahed to said
assessment is legal, valid and sufPicient:
Section 2: That eaid proceedin�s and said assessrnent are
hereby confirmed and it is�hereby ordered that the warrant may be
;; -attached thereto accordingly.
