Be it resolved by the City Council oi the City o£'Lynti�rood, as
follows:

did on the 7th day o£ June, 19�9, �1opt a Resolution No. 2215 fim.ng the
time and place for a hearing in the m2tter of Lig2iting Maintex�.nce District
No. 15 of the City of L�niwood, and
{+fHEREAS 1 arotests or objections were £iled witn the Cit;� Clerk
oojectis� to the proposed improveruent, tne extent o£ the assessment district
and tne assessment there�ore, and '
h7�;REAS, all interested persons vrere given full ogportunity to
pxesent their protests or objec+.ions, and
P7HERE, evidence k�as been received as to the publication and post-
ing of notice oi said hea^ing in the ti�ae, forn and mamier required by 1arr.
IdOP7, TAEREFOF�, the said City Council a£ter due consideration, of
a11 such objections and arotests, does hereby overrule and des�y such nrotests
and objections and each of tnem to the wor� or improvement to be done i:�ithin
said Ligntin� P�4aintena.nce District as descriUed in Resolution o£ Intention
Ido. 2214 of said City and to the nroposed assessment therefor; and does
hereby confirm a:id. adopt as a whole, unmodified, the assessmert and report
as described in said Resolution ldo. 2214, and
RE IT '�tTRTH� RESOLVF:D, tnat tne public interest and conveaience
denands and req�ires and this City Council does hereby order Lhe said
conte�7�lated ir�provement to be �,de in accordance vrith the plans and
specifications therefor, adopted and �.nnroved; and the City Council does
hereby levy the said pronosed assessment made to cover the costs a.nd expenses
of said improvement uaon the respectice subdivisions of land in said district
and as fixed by the prouosed reoori;', a.nd assessment heretofore £iled in the
affice of the City Clerk, and

Collector, the diagram and assessr.ient unon which such levy is Uased a�id said
County Ta.x Collector is hereby autiiorized and directed to na.ke collections o£
�.11 such assessments, and to perform �,11 the acts and duties as are required
of said act to be ner£oizrloy the versons desi�nated as °Tax Collector° in
Section 7 of tne Street L3�ting Act of i91y as amended.

bids for the doirg of said rrork and imnrovement herein ordered is the 19th
day of July, i94�9 at the hour of 8:00 o�clock ro.m. and the Cit3 Clerk is
hereby ordered to post a.nd �rublish a notice inviting sealed proposals in the
time, form �.nd manner set forth in Section 15 of s2.ici °Street lighting Act of ,
' 1919° as amended. I
