RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSPIENT DIAGRAM.
- The City Council of the.City of Ly maood, California, doea
hereby reeolve ae followe:
Section l: That the assesament diagram for the improvement
of Pendleton Avenue between Elm Avenue and Atlantic Avenue, by the .
conatruction of cement concrete sidewalka, curba, and gutters be and
the same ie hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2: That the City Clerk ofeaid city is directed to
certify the fact and date oP this reaolution to the Superintendent of
" Streete and shall deliver eaid diagram to said 3treet Superintendent.
