The Department will reimburse Cit,y for the actual cost of all rnaintenance work performed by City as specified under Section 3,. but�it is agreed that the expenditure per mile shall not ex- ceed that shown below for the particular route during the twelve ~, months� period ending June 30, 19,;,, , unless and until the agree- . .�� , ment is modif'ied by mutual consent or an expenditure in excess of said amounts on any said route is expressly authorized in writing by the St�te Highway Engineer or the Deputy State Highwa,y Engineer. General Memorandum Number One, Re Maintenance of State High- ,' „ ways in Cities shall be considered as being s part hereof and shall be in effect dizring the entire period covered by the aforesaid Agreement and thereafter until terminated or amended. The Agreement as above may be amended or terminated at any- time upon mutual consent of the parties thereto or upon thirtv �,t#�T��F��.:t3�►� 6, This Agreement shall become effective July l, 19 �S�? and shall remain in full force and effect until June 30, 19 5C1, or until other- wise amended or terminated. General Memorandum Number One, Re Maintenance of State High- • ways in Cities shall be considered as being a part hereof and shall , be in effect during the entire period covered by the aforesaid Agreement and thereafter until terminated or amended. The Agreement as above mey be amended or terminated et any- time upon mutual consent of the parties thereto or upon thirty days notice bg either party thereof to the other. General ' Memorandum Number One may be modified at any time upon mutuai consent'of both parties thereto or it may be terminated by the Department concurrently with the termination of the Agreement.
