�VHEREAS, under the nrovisions of Division 7 of the Streets
and Highwaya Code, cited as the Improvement Act of 1911, and amenclments
thereto, the City Council of the Gity of Lynwood ac�opY,ed its Resolution
of Intention No. 219� on the 15th day of March, 19Zbg, decl�.ring its
intention to order certain work to be dorie. Reference is hereby made
to said Resolution of Intention for a description of the work or im-
provement, the assesament district, and for furtner particulars, k�hich
resolution is on file in the office oi Lhe City Clerk of said City; and
WHEREAS, the proceedinga pursuant to said Resolution of Inten-
tion have been had and. taken in the time,forn and manner required by
law; and
P7HEP_EAS, a notice of hearing on the proposed aesessment has
been published, posted and r.iailed ae reauired by law; and
1�1HEF.EAS, a full and complete hearing on said asaessment was
held on the 16th day cf August, 194g; and
PIHEREAS, there were r/U oral or wrjtten protests or ob,jections,
NOtV, THEREFOHE, BE IT R.ESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood, as follor.*e:
Section 1: 'l�hat the assessment is just and correct and in
accord�nce Urith l���a and that all of the actions, determinationa, reso-
lutions and orders, and all of the proceedinge heretofore taken are
legal, valid and suf:f'icient and that the-diagram attached to said
aesessment is legal, valid and sufficient,
� Section 2: That said proceedings and eaid asseaement are
hereby cenfirmed and it ie hereby crdered that the �•rarrant m�.y be
attached thereto accordingly.
