CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2011-68
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM CAROLE SUE GREENE
WHEREAS, Carole Sue Greene of 2800 Hunter Drive has generously offered to donate
up to 2200 square feet of property ( the "Donation") to the city of Medina (the "City"); and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be dedicated to the City for a permanent easement for the
Hunter Drive Trail; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to Carole
Sue Greene for her generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota that the City accepts the Donation and thanks Carole Sue Greene.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crosby, Martinson, Pederson, Siitari, Weir
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
