TION OF DF�T LIMITATION REPQRT.
The City Cauncil of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve as
follows:
(1� That the public interest, convenience and necessity require
and the City Couacil of the Cits of I+ynwood propoaes to inatitute proceedr
ings £or tha improvement here3nafter set forth.
(2) That the general nal,ure� location and extent of svch proposed
improvement are as.£ollo�rs:
The removal of eaisting curbs, driveways and pa.rkways and the
conatruction of cement concrete curba, cemant concrete driveways, and the
construction of plant mixed surfacing between esisting,gutters and proposed
curb line, inclvding all incidental and appurtenant work. �
(3) It is hereby determined that forty percent (4�0�) of the cost
or oxpense of said work or improvement is to be paid by said City of Lynwood.
(4) It is hereby further determined that the City Council of the
City of Zym�+ood adopts th3s resolution under and in accordance rrith Seetion 4
of the Streets and Highways Code o£ the State of Califomia which is lmown
as the Special Aasessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protost
Act of 193i, as amended. It is hereby £urther determined that said City
Council propoaes to conduct the proceedings for said proposed work or
improvement under an act of the Legislature of the State of California
l�own and desio �ted as the Improvement Act of 1911. as amended.
(5) The bwndary or eatent of the asaessment district to be �
assesaed to pay the costs and axpensea of said improvement is shown on
Plan No. 194q-P?-1;; on £ile in the office of the City Clerk o£ said City,
which map shall govern for all details as to the eatent o£ said asseasment
district.

(6} That the City Engineer be and he is hereby authozized and
directed to prepare and deliver to said City Council a written report
covering said work or improvement in accordance with the provisioae of
said u5pecial Assesement Investigatiori;.I and Majority Protest
Act o£ 1931,° as amended. �
