Also in attendance:Selectboard Liaison Alan McClennen, Friends of the 4th,Judy Benz, Peter O'Meara;
Interested Citizens:Wally Swidrak,Don Sullivan,Barbara Howerton,Judi Pepper
The Meeting was called to order at 4:00pm
The MINUTES of June 2, 2016 were unanimously approved

Old Business:
1.UPDATE FROM THE FRIENDS OF THE FOURTH:
•Fireworks Update—Wally reported that everything appears to be all set. Atlas will hold off on launching the barge and off-
loading the fireworks until the charter boats have gone out.
•A few rolls of fencing will be left on the dirt road at Rock Harbor for the fire department-Wally,Sully and Peter 0
2. Paying Colchester Continentals—Bonnie will pay them

4. PARADE COLLECTING
• Updates—have 3 table collectors and possibly 9 collectors walking the parade. They will head out before the parade
starts
• Acrylic frames will be at Bonnie's Friday
• Aprons—picked up on Sunday-Debbie
• Balloons picked up on Sunday-Debbie

> Update on decorators and those undecorating—after reviewing the Parade Day Jobs list it appears that there will be
enough people to decorate
> Any response from Chamber—no response from the Chamber about additional people to volunteer
> 2 Marc Norgeot magnetic signs from Young and Fancy,for the Grand Marshal vehicle,are all set

> Friends Market-borrowing of flowers for the reviewing stand is all arranged.

➢ Grand Marshal(Jane)and Theme Winner(Ingrid)have been notified to come to the Awards Ceremony.
) Theme winner has been contacted about arrival time and decorating the pedicab

Bring judges clipboards,pencils,award reminders for entrants,8 copies of 2016 Entries,Numbers for entrants,
painters tape,poles for banner,sun umbrellas for Judges,judges instructions,extra entry forms,2 final award
sheets,award narrative write-up, Awards table,tablecloth and signs,Antique Vehicle Certificates
Chairs—pick up Sunday,bring to OES Monday morning

> Artificial grass for tinknocker truck(reviewing stand)is being picked up from Nickerson Funeral Home(Bonnie)
> Any reminders for trucks or drivers is taken care of

*The wrap-up meeting will be on July 12th,at 4pm
•Coolers were collected. Barb Howerton will deliver to Steve Downs
*Cell phone#distribution completed
•T-shirt distribution completed
•Counting donation money—day and time will be decided
•Review the Parade Day Charts—Jobs,Vehicles, Bands(done as we met)
The next meeting will be held on Tuesday,July 12,2016 at 4pm at the Orleans Town Hall.
