AND DIREGTING THE CITY CLERK TO GIVE NOTICE
INVITING BIDS.
Be it resol ved by the City Council of the City of Lynwood
as follo�va:
Seation 1: In the opinion of said City Counc3l, the pub-
lic interest and convenience require, and said City Council having
acquired ,jurisdictlon so to do, the fo1loP+in� work or improvement is
hereby ordered to be done, to-wit: the conatruction of cement con- �
crete curbs, eement concrete gutters, cement concrete sidewalks, and
. cement concrete driveway approachea together rrith incidental and
appurtenant.work in aerta9.n portions of the follovring streets and
avenues including portiona of intersecting avenuea and highways:

between the northerly line of,Imperial Highway and the southerly
line of Abbott Road;
MC NERNEY AVENUE.
between the northerly line of Imperial Highway and the eoutherly line
of Lot 1 of Upston Tract as shown on map recorded in Book 11, Pa$e
174_of h,taps, Recorda of Los Angeles County, California, and
FRACAR AVEiVUE
between the northerly line.of Imperial Highway and the prolonged
southerly line of Lot 1 of Upston Tract as sho�vn on Map recorded in
Book 11, Page 174 of Ma.ps, Reoords of Loa Angelea County, California.

interseatin� avenues and roada:

between the northerly line of Pendleton Avenue and the aoutherly
line oP Abbott Road, and

between the northerly line of Pendleton Avenue and the southerly
line of Abbott Road.

5ection 2S All of the work or improvement aforenentioned,
ahe.11 be done ae contemplated in Resolution of Intention No. 2069
oF the City Council of the City of Lynwood, to vdzich rePerence is
hereby made for further particulars.
Section 3: Said proposed work, or improvement, in the
opinion of said City Council, is oP more than local or ordinary pub-
lic benefit, and said City Council hereby determines and declaree
that the district to be benefited by said work or improvement, and
to be assessed to pay the entire ooats and expenaes thereof is par-
tioularly described in Reeolution oP Intention No. 2069. Reference
is hereby made to aforementioned resolution and to map of proposed.
assessment dietrict for further particulars as to the extent ef the
aeseasment diatriot.
Sectlon 4: The proceedings for the aforesaid work or
improvement shall be Yiad and taken under an Act of the Legislature
-of the State of California designated the Streete and Highways Code,
Divialon 7, and cited ae the "Improvenent Act oP 1911", and amend-
menta thereto.
Section 5: The City Council hereby determinea and dealarea
tha.t aerial bonds shall be issued in the form and manner provided in
said aforementioned Act, bearing intereat at the rate of six (6) per
centum per annum to represent each assesement of twenty-five (�25.00)
or over, remaining unpaid for thirty days after the date of the
warrant. Said aerial bonda shall extend over a period ending nine
yeara from the second day oP January next sucoeeding the next October
15th following their date. Said bonda and intereat thereon aha.11 be
paid at the oPfice of the City Treasurer of said City and ahall be
diabursed by him, all es provided in ea.id. Act.
Section 6: The City Clerk ehall poat and cauae to be pub-
lished a notice inviting sealed proposals or bida for doing the above
