RESULUTION FIXING TIteiE OF H�ARI1dG ON ENUTAjEER'S
REPORT ON THE PROPOSED OPENING OF PALM AVENUE
- EASTERLY FROnIt P�ACH STREET.
WHEREaS, the City Council of the City oP Lynwood did,
at its-meeting of November 4, 1947, approve tne City Engineer'a
report as required by Section 2824 of the Special Assessment
, Limit�tion "Act of 1931, `
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that in accordance with Section 2850 oP the
� Special Asseasment Limitation Act of 1931, that Tueaday, the 6th
day of January, 1948, at the hour.of 8:00 P. �T, in the Council
Chambera of the City Hall, is the tir�e and place fixed to hear
any and all onJections on said approved�report of the proposed
�opening of Palm Avenue easterly from Peaoh Street.
APPROVED and ADOPTED thia l�th'day oP November,, 1947.
