A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNVi00D, CALIFORTdIA, OBJxTING TO THE
SALE BY THE COUNTY, PiJRSUANT TO DIVISION 1,
PART 6, CHAPTE;R 7, OF THE REVEA�iJE AND TAXA-
TION CODE,, OF CERTAIPJ PROPERTIES SITUATED WITH-
• IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, AND AGAINST PlHICH THE
CITY OF LYN4YOOD HAS LEVIED TARES.
VPHgtEAS, the following described parcele oY real property
are situated within the City of Lynwood, namely:

� VPHEREAS, each of said pa.rcels of said property hae here- .
tofore been deeded to the State of California for delinquent taxes;
and each such deed to the State for taxes includee taxes levied by
the City of Lynwood, the taxea of which City are collected by County
Officers; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has been notiYled by the
County Tax Collector of Los Angelea County that he was authorized
by the Board oP Supervisora of Los Angeles County to aell each of
said parcele of property in accordance with Divieion 1, Part 6, Chap-
ter 7 of the Revenue and Taxation Code; and
WHEREAS, it is to the beet interests of the County of Los
, Angeles and the City of Lynwood, that said propertiea be withheld
from public auction sale by the County of Loe Angelea and be sold by
sa.id County to the City oP Lynwood; and
WHEREAB, the Mayor�and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Lynwood and agree-
ment with the County of Los Angeles for immediate cash purohase of
said propertiea at a prioe not leae than the minlmum bid for which
the propertiea are to be offered at public auction.

NOW,-THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
doea reaolve ancl determine as followa:
That the City of Lynwood, a taxing agenoy, doea hereby
ob�ect to the sale of each and all of the said above described pa.r-
cels of real property by the County Tax Collector of Loa Angelea
County, in accordance with Division 1, Part 6, Chapter 7 of the Rev-
enue an& Taxa.tion Code:
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and instructed to
immedi�?tely forward a certified copy of thie resolution to the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angelee, Hall oP Records,
Los Angeles, California, and to H. L. Byram, County Tax Collector,
Room 156, Hall of Justiai Los Angelea, CaliPornia.
