RESOLUPION N0. 2081
IN THE MATTER OF THE IMPROVEi�ENT OF OTIS STREET,
ET AL� RESOLU^tION OF AWARD OF CONTR.4CT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood, did, in
open aesaion on the 2nd day of December, 1947, publicly open, examine
and declare all aealed proposals or bida for the following work to be
done and improvement to be made in said City, to-wit: All tha.t
certain work and iroprovement aet forth in Resolution of Intention No.
2069, passed and adopted by said City Council on the 7th day of Octo-
t,er, 1947, which Resolution of Intention Ss on file in the oPfice of
the City Clerk of said City and is hereby referred to for a deacrip-
tion of eaid work or improvement, the boundaries of the diatrict to
be aesesaed to pay the coste.and expenaes of said work and Por further
particulars.
NOW, THEREFOR�, BE IT RESOLVED by said City Council that
it re�ect, and it does hereby re�ect all of eaid proposale or bida
except the next herein mentioned, and hereby awarde the contract for
doin� said work or improvement to the loweat, regular, reaponsible
bidder, to-wit: VIDO KOVACEVICH CO., at the pricea for said work or
improvement named in their bid, which bid is on Pile in the office
of the City Clerk of said City, and is hereby referred to for further
particulars.
The City Clerk of eaid City is hereby directed to publish
" notice of thia award twice in the Lynwood Prees, a weekly newspaper
published and circulated in said City and hereby deaignated for that
purpose by this City Council.
APPROVED and ADOPTED thie 16th day of December, 1947,
