RESOLUTION APPR.OVING AGREEh?ENT V1ITH STATE OF
CALIFORNIA LEPARTLiENT OF PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION
OF HIGHWAYS TO PROVIDE FOR ,nnAINTESdANCE OF 3TATE
HIGHWAYS NITHZN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD.
N.'HEREAS, the State of California through the Division oY
Highways ha.s presented an agreement to provide for the maintenznce
of State Highways within the City of Lynwood and,
WHERF'A8, the City Council has heard read said agreement
and is familiar with the contenta thereof,
THEREFORE, IIE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lynwood that said agreement covering the maintenance of State
Highways in the City of Lynwood is hereby approved and the Ielayor
and City Glerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this l6th day oP Decenber, 1947.
