Work Session - Call to Order 6:30 PM
A. Roll Call
The City of Tiffin City Council held a work session Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at the City Hall Council
Chambers. Mayor Berner called the meeting to order at 6:32 PM. Upon roll being called the following
members were present: Tim Orris, Skylar Limkemann, Eric Schnedler. Al Havens present via phone. Absent:
Chris Olney. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt and City Clerk Abigail Hora.
B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval
Motion to approve agenda by Orris.
Second by Schnedler.
All ayes, agenda approved.
C. Discussion of an All Abilities Park/Playground in Tiffin
Discussion: Council Person Schnedler discussed an all-ability park/playground in Tiffin.
D. Discussion of a Cleanup Workday for Timber Ridge Park
Discussion: Council Person Schnedler discussed a possible cleanup workday for Timber Ridge Park.
E. Discussion and Update on City Owned Ground behind 480 Roberts Ferry Road
F. Questions from Council Members regarding items on the Regular City Council Agenda

The City of Tiffin City Council held a regular session Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at the City Hall Council
Chambers. Mayor Berner called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Upon roll being called the following
members were present: Tim Orris, Eric Schnedler. Al Havens present via phone. Skylar Limkemann arrived
via phone at 7:39. Absent: Chris Olney. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt and City Clerk Abigail
Hora.

2. City Council Reports Discussion: Council Person Schnedler discussed no parking here to corner
of Roberts Ferry Road and Nightingale Dr.
3. Report Discussion: Public Works Director Brian Detert gave an
update on the Public Works Building. The fountain cord needs to be replaced on the pump this
should be back up next week.
4. Building Official Report Discussion: Nothing to Report.
5. s Report Discussion: Recreation Director Frank Haege would like more
baseball fields at City Park. Council was okay with Frank obtaining pricing on fields.

8. City Administrator Discussion: City Administrator Doug Boldt reported City Wide
Clean Up was a success. Written report in packet.
