o£ the Vehicle Code, stats. of 1947� Chapter 788� it is resolved that . ,
the �rima facie speed on Century Boulevard between the intersection
of Alameda Street and Atlantic Avenue� a local Yiighway within the City
of I,ynwood; is hereby fixed at 3$ miles per hour,
It is further resolved that said'prima facie speed limit
° is based'on an engineering and tra£fic survey of the'City.of Lynwood. ,
