CITY OF LYNWOOD TO 35 MILES P7�t HOUR.
RF�OLV�D� that pursuant to �ection $11.9, Subdivision �B� .
of the Vehicle Code� Stats, of 1947, �hapter 788� it is resolved that the.
prima facie speed limit on BuTlis Road between the intersection,of Platt
Avenue and Imperial Highway, a local highway vrithi:n the City o� Lpnwood,-
is hereby fixed at 35 miles per hour. '
It is further resolved .that said prima facie speed
limit is based, on an engineering and traffic survey of the City of Lynvrood.
It is further resolved that the prima facie limit of �
55 miles per hour is more than is reasonable or sa.fe.upon said portion �
o£ Bullis Road and that the prima facie speed limit o£ 35 mile� per hour
herein establishedis the speed most appropriate to•facilitate the
. �� ordinary movment of traf£ic in a reasonable and safe manner. ��.` ;
� It is further resolved that� such prima facie speed limit
- ' shall become effective upon the posting of appropriate signs givirig notice
