RESOLUTION N0. 2085
IN THE MATTER OF THE IMPROVEI�ENT OF ATLANTIC AVENUE.
RESOLUTION DIR�TIA�G PREPARATION OF DEBT LIMITATION
REPORT
The City Council of the City of Lynv+ood does hereby
reaolve as followa:
(1) That the public interest, convenience and neceasity
require and the City Council of the City of Lynwood propoaes to in-
stitute proceedings for the improvement hereinafter set forth.
(2) That the general nature, location and extent of such
proposed improvement is ae follows: The installation of an ornamen-
tal etreet light2ng syetem on Atlantic Avenue extending from the
Pacific Electric right-of-way on the south to the northerly city
boundary of the City of Lynwood.
(3) It is hereby determined that no part of the cost or
expense oP said work or improvement ia to be paid by said City of
- Lynwood.,_
(4) It is hereby Purther determined that the City Council
of the City oP Lynwoofl adopte thia resolution under and in accordanae
with Section 4 of the Streets and Hiahways Code:of the State of
California known as the Special Aseessment, Investigation and
Ma�ority Proteat Act of 1931, as amended. It is hereby further
determined that said City Council propoees to conduct the proceedinge
for said propoaed work or improvement under an act of the Legisla.ture
of the State of California known and deaignated as the "Impronement
I Act of 1911", ae amended.
(E) The boundary or extent of the asseasment district to
be assessed to pay the costs and expenaea of said improvement is
ehown on Plan No. 1948-A, on file in the ofPice of the City Clerk
oP said Gity, whieh map sha.11 govern for all details ae to the extent
of the asseasment district.
• (6) That�the City Engineer be and he.is hereby directed

to prepare and deliver to said City Council a written report covering
said work or improvement in accordance with the proviaiona of said
."Special As�essment Investigation, Limitation and Ma,jority Proteet
Act.of 1931," as amended.
