A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYN�`e00D AUTHORIZING THE CONDII�dNATION OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY.
Rr^,SOLVED, that the public interest, convenience, and
neceasity require the acquiaition for public.uses and purposea, of
the following.deacribed real property, to-wit:
That portion of Home Tract of Antonio R'laria Lugo
and Maria German Lugo in Rancho San Antonio allotted
� to M. A. Shields and Lewis &toore by deeree in Case
No. 3590 of the Dietrict Court of Los Angelea County,
California (Clerk's File No. 116) bounded on the west
by Bullia Road, on the north by Century Boulevard,
on the south by the northerly line oP Tract No. 11862
as shown on map recorded in Book 217, Pages 8 and 9
of Pdape, Records of said county, and on the eaet by
the northerly prolongation of the center line of
Ernestine Avenue ae ehown on map of eaid last mentioned �
� tract.
RESOLVED, that such property be acquired by condemnation
proceedings to�be inetituted by the City of Lynwood.
RESOLVED, that the public Snterest, convenience, and
neceseity requirea the acquisition of the above described real
property Por uae for park purposee and for a civic center and that
the location of the above described real property is moat compatible
with the greatest public good and with the least private in3ury.
