RESOLUTION N0. 2089
IN THE MATT�R OF THE IIuTPROVEI�ENT OF ATLANTIC -
AVENUE. RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF
DEBT LIMITATION RF•PORT
The City Council of the City oY Lyn�vood does hereby
resolve as followa:
(1) That the public interest, convenience an3 necessity
require and the City Council of the City of Lynwood proposes to
institute proceedinga for the improvement hereinafter set forth.
(2) That the general nature, location and extent of such
propoaed improvement is ae £ollowa: The construction of cement con-
crete sidetivalka in certain portions of the Pollowing street:
On the west side of Atlantic Avenue between the
south line of Sanborn Avenue arid the north line
of shirley Avenue including portions of inter-
secting� atreets. '
(3) It is hereby determined that no part of the coat or
expense of said work or improvement is to be paid by said city of
Lynwood.
(4) It is hereby further determined that the City Council
of the City of Lynwood adopts this reaolution under and in accordance
with Section 4 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Calif-
ornia which is known as the Special Aseessment invaetigation, Limit-
ation and Ma�ority Protest Act of 1931, as amended. It ia hereby
furtner determined that said City Council proposea to conduct the
proceedings for said propoaed work or improvement under an act of
` the legislature of the State of California kno�n and desi�nated as
the "Improvement Act oY 1911" as amended.
(5) The boundary or extent of the asseasment district to
be assessed to pay the costs and expensea of said improvement is
ahown on Plan No, 1948-B, on file in the office of the City Clerk
of said city whieh map shall govern for all details as to the extent
of said asseasment district. _ ,

(6) That the City Engineer be and he is hereby directed
to prepare and deliver to said City Council a written report cover-
ing said work or improvement in aecordance with the provisions of
said "Special Aesessment Investigation, Limitation and Ma�ority
Protest Act of 1931", as amended. �
