CITY OF MCI AB RESOLUTION NO. 35-2021
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022 BUDGET
WIIFREAS, the City Council of the Cite of Moab adopted the tiscal year: 2021-2022 budget by
resolution 22-2021; and
WHEREAS, the City ma amend the adopted budge et as needed pri ar to the last day of the fiscal
year as outlined by UCA 0-6-127; and
WHEREAS, at a meeting duly noticed and held on December 14, 2021, a public hearing was
held for the purpose of receiving public input for the budget amendment . and
WHEREAS, the City of Moab has proposed to amend the 2021-2022 fiscal year budget for the
various fiends as summarized below and included in Exhibit A,
NOW, , THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE 2021-2022 FISCAL r'EAR BUDGET
SHALL BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:

23 - Recreation Fund
41— Capital Projects Fund

52 — Sewer Fund
53 — Storm Water Fund
