IN ;HE MATTER OF THE: IMPROVELQENT OF FERNWOOD
AVEPIUE. RESOLUTION DIRECTIPIG PREPARATI0IJ OF
DEBT LII�.dITATION REPORT.
The Citp Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
re�olve as follows:
(1) That the public interest, convenience and necessity
require arid the City Council of the City ef Lynwood proposes to
institute proceedinge for the improvement hereinafter set forth.
(2) That the general nature, location and extent of such �
prcposed improvement is as follok�s: The conetruction of cement con-
crete side�valks, curbs, gutters, 2nd driveway approaches in the
fcllowing street: �
On the north side of the northerly roadway of Fe^nwood
Avenue bet�r�een the eaat line of Ernestine Avenue, �.�est
line of Gertrude Drive, including portions of inter-
secting streets.
(3) It is hereby determined that no part of the cost or
expense of said work or improvement is to be paid by said Citp of
Lynvrood.
(4) It is hereby further determined. that the City Council
of the City of Lynwood_ adopts this resolution under and in accordance
w�ith Section 4 of the Streets and 1 Code of the State of Calif-
ornia which is known as the Speci2l Aeses3ment Investioation, Limit-
ation ar.c�. R�Ia,Jority Protest Act oP 1931, as amended. It is hereby
further determined that s�.id City Council proposes to conduct the
oroceedinos for said proposed work or imorovement under an act of
the legislature of the State of Colifornia knoNm and. deaignated as
the "Inprov�ment Act of 1911" as amended.
(5) The boundary or extent of the assessment diatrict to
be assessed to na.y the coets a.nd espensea of said improvement ie
shoiran on Plar No. 1948-D, on file in the office of the Cit,y Clerk
of eaid city which map shall g overn for all details as to the extent
of said a�eessment diEtrict.

(6) That the City Engineer be and he is hereby directed
to prenare and deliver to sai� City Council a written report cover=
ing said work or improvement in accordance with the provisions of
said "Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and fl2a�orlty
Protest Act of 1931", as smended.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of Febru�ry, 1948.
