RE50LUTION APPROVING REPORT AND FIXING TIItiE

' The City Council of the City o£ LynNrood does hereby resolve
a8 Y011OV�6:.
PJHEREAS a report on the proposed improvement,to-wit: the in-
stallation of an ornamental street lighting system on 9tlantic Avenue
extending.from Pacific Electric right-of-way on the eouth to the north-
erly City boundary of the City of Lynwood, hae been prepared by the
Gity Engineer and d.elivered to the City Council of the City of Lynvrood,
as provided in Diviaion 4 of the Streets and Highways Code, cited as
the "Special Assessment, Llmitation and R,2a,Jority Proteat Act of 1931"
as amended, as directed by sald City Council at its regular meeting
held on January 6, 194E.
NOV�, THEREFORE, BE IT RE30LVED as follows:
1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
approve said report and orders that s�.id report be filed with the City
Clerk.
2. That the City Council hereby fixea the 6th day oP April,
1948, at the hour oY 8:00 o'clock P.IlQ. as the day and hour, and the
Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street, in the City of
Lynwood, California, as the place when and where any and a11 persons
interested may appear before said City Council and. be heard on any
metter pertainin� to said report.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby ordered to give the notice
prescribed by Section 2851 of said Streets and Highways Code referred
