A RESOLUTIOn OF THF CITY COUNCIL�OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOQD APPROUING REPORT OF CITX ENGINLER
AND FIXING TIME OF HEARING IN THE MATTER OF
THE PROPOS�D ItvtPROVEt�IENT OF ATLANTIC AVEi�tUE
WITH SIDEWALKS, IN THE CITY OF LYN4VQQD.
RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT AND FIXING TIn3E
OF HEARING.
- The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as followe:
WHEREAS, a report on the proposed improvement, to-�;it: the
construction of cement concrete sidewalks on.the west �ide of�Atlantic
Avenue between the south line of Sanborn Avenue and the north line of
Shirley Avenue including �ortions of intersecting streets, has been pre-
nared by the City Fngineer and delivered to the Cit,y Council of the,City
of Lynwood, as provided in Division 4 of the Streets and High�aays Code,
cite@ as the "Special Aseessment, Limitation and Ma,jority Protest Act
of 1931° as amended, as directed by said City Council at its regular
meeting held on January 20, 1948.
I � NOYS', THEREFORE, be it reaolved as follows:
1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood doea hereby
approve said report and ordera that sa,id report be filed with the City
Clerk,
2. That the City Council hereby fixes the 6th day of April,
1948, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.Ivi. as the day and hour, and the Coun-
cil Chamber oP the City Ha.11, 11331 Plaza Street, in the Cit,y of Lynwood,
California, as the place when and where any and all persons interested
may appear before said City Council and be heard on any matter perta.in-
ing to said report.
3. That the City Clerk ie hereby ordered to give the notice
prescribed by Section 2851 of eaid Strezts And Highways Code referred to
and cited as '�Special Aasessment Investiaation,Limitation and Plia,�ority

„�" Pr.'otest Act of 1931" to all persons designated in aAid Section 2851.
