RESOLUTION N0. 2097
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD, CALIFORiQIA, CALLIiVG A GENERAL It4UNICIPAL
ELECTION IN ACCURDANCE 4�ITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE
LAP�S OF THF STAT�, OF CP.LIFORNIA.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn�ood,
California, as follo�vs:
Section l: That a general P4unicipal Election be and the
same is hereby called in said City, at the time and. in the manner
provided by the laws of the State of California, and the City Clerk
be, and he ie. hereby inetructed and authorized to publish a"NOPICE
OF ELECTION", as.required by the laws of ths,State of California,
which shall cont2in a statement oP the time of the election, the I
offices to be Pilled thereat, the propositioni to be voted on, and
briefly a general descript3on of the voting precincts and location

of the oolling places.
Section 2: That there shall be submitted to the qualified
� elector� of said City at said. election, the following propositions:
1. °Shall the Ordinance entitled: �AN ORnINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LYIVP�OOD REPEALING ORDII�IANCE N0. 319 OF THE CITY OF LYI��IJOOD,'
be adopted ar_d become effectivel°
2. "Shall the salary of the members of the City Council
of the City of Lynwood be reduced from the present �10.00 per month
to �OO.00.per monthY°
3. "Shall the salary of the members of the Cit,y �ouncil
of the City of LyncJOOd be increased from $10.00 per month to ,�50.00
per month?°
4. °Shall the salary of the htayor of the City of Lyn
be est�blished at �50.00 Aer month in addition to his salary as
Councilman7"
I Section 3: That for the purpose of holding said General
�unicipal Electior there shall be nine �9) voting precincts to be
designated As A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I, conaisting of the
following Lynwood Clty Precincts as last estahlished by the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Lo� Angeles for St2te and County
, �lection purposes, and the polling places and officers appointed
