A RESOLUTIUN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYN4YOOD APPROVING REPORT OF CITY ENGINEER
' AND FIXING TIME OF HEARING IN THE Il4ATTER OF
THE PROPOSED IidIPROVEMENT OF FERNSYOOD AVENUE
WITH SIDEWALKS, CURBS, AND GUTTERS, IN THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD. RESOLUPION APPROVING RE-
PORT AND FIXING TIME OF HEARZNG.
The City Council of the Gity of Lynwood doea hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREA3, a report on the proposed improvement, to-cait:
the construction of cement concrete sidewalks, curbe, and guttere
on the north side of the northerly roadway of Fernwood Avenue be-
tween the east line of Erneatine Avenue, weat line of Gertrude Drive,
including portions of intereecting streets, hae been prepared by the
City Engineer and delivered to the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, as provided in Division 4 of the Streets and Highwe.ys Code,
cited as the °5pecial Aasessment, Limitation and N4a,]ority Protest
Act of 1931" as amended, as directed by said City Council at its
regular meeting� held on January.20, 1948.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved as follows:
1. That the City Council of the City of Lyntvood does hereby
approve said report and orders that said report be filed with the City
Clerk.
2. That the Gity Council hereby fixes the 4th day of May,
1948, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. ae the day and hour, and the
Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street, in the City of
Lynwood, California, aa the pl�ce when and where any and all persons
interested may appear bePore said City Council and be heard on any
matter pertaining to aaid report.
3. That the City Clerk ie hereby ordered to give the
notice prescribed by Section 2851 of said Streete and Hi�hways Code
referred to and cited as "Special Aaseaement Investigation, Limitation

and �Ia�ority Protest Act of 1931" to all persone desi�nated in
Section 2851.
ADOPTED and APPROVED thia 16th day of March, 1948.
