The Wellsburg Town Council met in regular session on May 4,
1970, with Mayor Ross presiding and all councilmen in attendance.
The minutes of the previous meeting were
read and approved
on a motion by Eckhoff and seconded by Claassen.
Motion carried.
The treasurer's report for January through April was read
and on a motion by Claassen and seconded by VanDeest it was
moved to file the report as read.
On a motion by Claassen and seconded by Huisman, the fol-
lowing bills were allowed for payment:
