A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY MOAB
DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE CITY OF MOAB AS SURPLUS
WHEREAS, Moab City has the right and title to certain property as detailed in the
attached list, and
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of Moab City declares that at present time,
resulting in the transition of the Film Commission transfer from the City to the
County, the ownership of assets will be transferred to the County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF
MOAB CITY THAT:

This resolution shall take effect im ediately upon passage,
