OF BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY
HELD JULY 29, 2015
The Board of Public Works and Safety met in Executive Session on Wednesday July 29, 2015, in the
Council Chambers of the Richmond Municipal Building, third floor, 50 North 5 "' Street, Richmond,
Indiana. President Vicki Robinson called the Executive Session to order at 9:00 a.m.
Members present were Vicki Robinson, Richard Foore, and Tony Foster.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the Executive Session other than the subject
matter specified in the public notice: To discuss an individual over whom the Board has jurisdiction
to receive information concerning the individual's alleged misconduct and to discuss, before a
determination, the individual's status as an employee, pursuant to IC 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(6)
It is additionally certified that no votes or final actions were taken or conducted in the Executive
Session. Any final action is to be done in an open and public meeting in accordance with IC 5-14 -
1.5-4(c).
