CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2011-73
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF FINANCE
DIRECTOR JEANNE DAY
WHEREAS, Jeanne Day is currently employed as the Finance Director by the city of
Medina; and
WHEREAS, on August 9, 2011, Jeanne Day submitted a letter of resignation from her
position addressed to the City Administrator; and
WHEREAS, Jeanne Day's resignation from her position shall become effective on
September 9, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Jeanne Day's letter of resignation is hereby accepted with gratitude for a job well done.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof
Crosby, Martinson, Pederson, Siitari, Weir
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
