RESOLUTION SETTING FOP.TH FACTS OF HEARING, AIdD
CONFIRIt�ING ASSES3MENT, IN THE MATiER OF THE. IIV!-
PROVID2ENT OF OTIS STREET, ET AL IN THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD.
4VHII4EAS, urider the provisions of Division 7 of the Streets
and Highv�ays Code, cited aa the Improvement Act oP 1911, and amendments
thereto, the C1ty Council oY the City of Lynwood adopted its Reeolution
af Intention No. 2069 on the 7th day of October, 1947, declaring its
intention to order certain work to be done. Reference is hereby made
' to said Resolution of Intention for a description bP the work or im-
provement, the asseasment district, for Purther particulars, which
resolution is on file in the office of the City Cierk of said City; and
WHEFiEA5, the proeeedings purauarit to said Resolution oP In-
tention have been had and taken in the time, form and manner reciuired
by iaw; and
' tNHEREA5, a notice of hearing on the proposed assessment has
been published, posted and mailed as required by lasv; and
�.... -, WHEREAS,, a full and complete hearing on said assessment was
held on the 6th day of April, 1948; and
Y�HEREAS, there were no oral or euritten protests or ob,jection8,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT�RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynmood as followe:
BECTION lt That the assessment is Sust and correct and in
accordance with lam and that all of the actione, determinationa,
resolutions.and ordera, and all of the proceedings heretofore taken are
legal, valid and sufficient.anc� that the diagram attached to said aesess-
ment is legal, valid and sufficient.
SEGTIOIQ 2: That said proceedin�s and ea.id assessment are
�hereby confirmed and it is hereby ordered that the warrant may be
