RESOLUTION OF HEARING OF REPORT ON DEBT LIMITA-
TIUN PROCEEDINGS.
� BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood, as follows:
� 1. Th�t pursuant to the Streets and Highways Gode
Division 4, cited as the "Sbecial Asgessment Inveati�ation, Limita-
tion an@ Ma.1ority Protest Act of 1931;" the following report be, and
the same is hereby made of the findin�s and determinations of said
City Gouncil made upon the hearin� held and conducted by said City
Council pursuant to ita order theretoPore duly made, upon the in-
vestigation Report upon the proposed constructlon of'cement concrete
sidewalks in Atlantic Avenue as shown within the colored border
lines on Plan No. 1948-B on file in the office of the City Clerk oY
eaid City,,_as proposed in Resolution No. 2095 of the City Council
oP the City of Lynwood.
. _ {a) That the hearing upon said Investigation Renort was._
held on the 6th day of April, 1948, at.the hour of 8:00 o'clock
� P. M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street

cancluded on said date v�ithout ad,journment;.
" (b) That at the time oP said hearing, the City ClerK of
the City of Lynwood preaented to said City Council his affidavit of

as required by law; th�t said Affidavit is now on file in the office
of eaid.City Clerk;
(c) That at the commencement of said hearing and before
protests were conaidered and had, the Inveati�ation Report above
rePerred to (except ae to the map, plat, or diagram attached thereto
and the asseased valuationa and true valuationa of, and asseasments

and estimated asseasmenta�upon individual parcela of land) was read
and explained to those assembled in attendance at' sftid hearin$;
, (d) That there were no persons in attendance at said
, hearing, other than those holding and conducting same, in conneetion
�ith the hearing of said report;
(e) That no written protests were filed with the City
Clerk of the City of Lynwoofl at or before the time fixed Yor said
hearing;
(f) That there were `no. written protests made or presented
at or during the progress of said hearing;
(g) That there were no- oral protests made at said
hearing;
{h) That said written protests were Yiled by the owner
of lees than fifty per cent (50°�0) vis., 0 per cent of the total
area of the diatriet proposed to be asaesaed for.the payment of the
costs oP said improeement; and �
