A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYN4YOOD APPRO�'ING TH� ESTABLISH1liEIdT BY THE CITY
' TREASURER OF THE CITY OF LYN4VOOD OF CERTAIN AC-
COUNTS 4YITH THE BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST
AND SAVIIdGS ASSOCIATION, LYN4YOOD BRANCH.
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the recommendations of the City
Treasurer of the City of Lynwood, the City Treasurer ia hereby author=
ized and directed to eatablieh with the Bank oY America National Trust-
and savinga Aesociation, through ita Lynv�ood Branch, an inactive
capital outlay account. �
The City Treasurer is Purther authorized and directed to
eatablish with said bank an inactive bond redemption account.
The foregoing accounta are to be eatabliehed pursuant to
contract bet�veen the City Treasurer and the Bank of America National
Trust and Savinga Aesociation for a period not to exceed one year, said
contracts to be approved as to form by the City Attorney of the City
of Lynwood. Said contracts ahall further be executed atrictly in
accordance with the Statutes 1933 Chapter 189, State.of California,
entitled '�An act to authorize and control the deposit in banks of
money belonging to or in the custody oP an count , cit and oount .

in this State,and to repeal all acts or parte of acts in conflict with
this act" as amended; said. accounta to carry interest of not less than
3/4 of 1°fo per annun and said ba.nk to deposit the security required by
