A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF CER-.
TAIN REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
' TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
�`IHEREAB, the City of Lynwood is the owner of the following
described real property:
The westerly 300.00 feet of the southerly 150.00
Peet of Lot 128 of Tract No. 15209 s,s ahown on
map recorded in Hook 319, Pagea 11, 12 and 13 of
IlRapa, Records of Los Angelea County, CaliPornia,
and
YrHEREAS, the State of California has propoaed to erect and
conatruct on said above described real property a one-story concrete
building for use by the State of California as an armory in con-
�unction with the National Guard of the State of CaliPornia, and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest oP the public convenience
and general welfare of the City of Lynwood and of ita citizens that
auch arraory be eetablishe3 in the City of Lynwood,
- NOV�, THEREFURE, IT I3 RESOLVED that the Grant Deed presented
herewith whereby the C3ty of Lynarood grants and conveya to the.State
of California the real property �bove described upon the terms and
conditiona stated in eaid Grant Deed be and the same is hereby
approned and the Mayor ie authorized and directed to execute said
Gra.nt Deed for and on behalf of the City of Lynwood and the City
Clerk is authorized and directed to transmit the eame to Yhe State
r` of° Galifornla for recording.
