RESOLUTION OF HEARIPtG OF AEPORT ON DEBT LIMI.TA-
TION PROCEEDIPiGS. ,
BE ZT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
I,ynwood, as followa:
1. That pursuant to the Streeta and Highways Code
Division 4, cited as the "Spealal Asseasment'Inveatigation, Limita-
tion and Majority Proteat Act of 1931," the following report be, and
the same is hereby made of the findings and determinations of said
City Council made upon the hearing held and conducted by said Citg
Council pursuant its order theretofore duly made,.upon the In-
vestigation Report.upon the propoaed impronement of Fernwood Anenue
by the conatruction of cement concrete curbs, guttera, sidewalks,
and driveway approachea as ahown on Plan No. 1948-D on file in the
oPfice of the City, Clerk of said City, as proposed ln Resolution No.
2099 oP the City Conncil of the City oP Lynwood;
� (a) That the hearing upon said Investigation Report vrea
� held on the.4th day of May, 1948, at the hour oP 8:00 o�clock P.M,
in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street in said
City of Lyne�ood, and said hearing was fully completed aad concluded
on said date.without adjournmenti
(b) That at the time of said hearing, the City Clerk of
the City of Lynwood presented to said City Council his affidavit of
Mailing of Noticea in the time, form, and manner and to the persona
�as required by law; that said Affidavit is now on file in the office
of said City Clerk;
(c) That at the commencement of said hearing and bePore
protests were conaidered and had, the Investigation Report above
referrad to (except as to the Map, plat, or diagram attached thereto
and the assessed valuations and true valuations of, and easessments
and eatimated easesamenta upon in'dividusl parcels of land) was read
and explained to those assembled in attendance at said hearing; .
(d) That there were 1 persons in attendance at said
hearin�, other than those holding and conducting same, in connection
with the hearing of said report; `
• (e.) That no vrritten protesta were filed with the City
Clerk of the City of Lynwood at or before the time fixed fqr said
hearing; �
(f) That there were no written protests made or presented
at or during the progresa of said hearing;
(g) That there were no oral protesta made at said
hearing; ^ . '
(h) ThAt said written protesta were filed.by the owner
of less than fiftq per cent (50) viz., no per cant of the total
area of the diatrict proposed to be asaeased for the pa,yment of the
costs of said improvemeat; and
(i) That,the nature of`the protests made is sa follows:
