RESOLUTION N0. 2121
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
MAP OF ASSESSA9ENT DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF F'ERN6�YOOD AUENUE IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD.
The City Council of the City oP Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1: That Plans and speciPications No. 1948-D-1 �
for the improvement of Atlantie Avenue bp the construction of
cement concrete curbs, guttera, sidewalks and drivewey approechea
as prepared and submitted by the City Engineer of said City this
4th day of May, 1948, be and the same are hereby adopted as the
official plans and speeificationa for doing said work and making
said improvement. Said plans and apecificationa for doing said
work and making said improvement. Said plans and specificationa
ahall govern for all details of the proposed work.
Section 2: That the map or plat marked Plen No. 1948-D-2
showing .the district of lands to be benefited by and to be aesessed
to pay the costs and expenaes of said work, or improvement, be and
the same is hereby adopted ea the ofFiciel map of the "Aasessmettt
District" for said work or improvement.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 4t day of May, 1946.
