R.F,SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL .OF TFiE CITY OF LYNFJOOD
ADUPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING ME1JOt2ANDUM OF AGREFINENT
FOR �CPENDITURE OF GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR B,7AJOR GITY

VIHEREAS� a memorandum of agreement has been presented to be
. entered into with the State of Cali£omia irr accordance with a project
statement for expenditure nf the gas tax for the fiscal year 1949
allocated for majoT.city streets in the_City of I�y�ood; and
WHEftEAS, the Ci.ty' Council, has heard read said' agreement in
full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFOP�, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Lyrnrood that said project statement be and it is hereb� adopted as the , �
budget of proposed expenditures of the gas ta�c allocated £or major
city streets, and sai.d agreement ba'and tHe same is hereby approved
and the Mayor and the City CTerk are directed to si�n the same on
