RESOLUTION OF AWA.RD OF CONTRACT.
4VHEREAS, the City Council of the C3ty of Lyntaood did, in
open seasion on the 18th day of I14ay, 1948, publicly onen, examine,
and declare all sealed proposals or bids for the following �vork to be
done and improvement to be made in said City, Yo-eait: Al1 that cer-
tain work �nd improvement set forth in Resolution of Intention No.
2108, passed and adopted by said City Council on the 6th day of April,
1948, which Resolution of Intention is on file in the office of the
City Clerk of said City and is hereby referred to for a description
of said work or improvement, the boundaries of the district to be
assessed to pay the costs and expenses of said work and for further
particulars.
TdOSV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by s2.id City Council that it
re,ject, and it does hereby re�ect all of said proposals or bids except
the nex_t herein mentioned, and hereby awarcls the cont^act for doing
said work or improvement to the lo��rest, regular, responsible bidder,
to-e!it: A. B. LANG,, at the prices for said work or improvement named
in hia bid, �uhich bid is on file in the office of tne City Clerk of
said City, and is hereby referred to for further particulars.
The City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to publish
notice of this award twice in the Lynwood Press, a weekly ne�'+spaper
published and circulated in ea3d City anc� hereby designated for th2.t
purpose by this City Council.
