RESOLU^lION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT. �
'NHEREAS, the City Council of the City of LynvJOOd, did, in
�open session on the lt3th d�y of A.4t�y, 1948, publicly open, examine,
• and &eclare aTl sealed proposals or bids for the following work to be
done and improvement to be made in said City, to-:vit: All that cer-
tain work and improvement set forth in ?tesolution of Intention I4o.
2103, passad and adopted by.said City Council on the 6th day of April,
- 1948, �vhich Resolution of Intention is on file in the office of the
City Clerk of sa3d City and is hereby referred to f'or a description
- of said �vork or improvement, the boundaries of the district to be
assessed to pay the costs and expenaes of said c�ork and for further
pa.rtiCUlaT`s.

The City Clerk of said City is hereby directed.to nublish

puolished and circulated in eaid City and. hereby designated for that
