` � ti�lHEREAS, the City Council of the City of L,yntvood_ did., on
the 18th day of I�fiay, 1948, adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 2122
to order the improvement of certain portions of Fernvrood. Avenue in the
Gity of Lynrrood. by the conetruction of cement concrete side�valks, curbs,
gutter�, arid driveway a,ppr.oaches, and

VVHER��S, Tuesday the 15th day of June, 194F5, at the hour of
8:00 o'clock P. M. at tne Council Chamqers in *he Citv Hall in said
City �va,� tne time and. place set in said Resolut_on of Intention, ivhen
and wnere any ob,jections to the proposed work or impr.ovement, or to
, the extent of the district to`be 3sse�3ed or to the grades to urhich
" "'"the vuork �vas preposed to be done, would be heard by said. City Council;.

t�iHEREI?S, the City Clerk of saia City hag heretofore presented
and filed an �:ffidAVit of publication of said. Resolution of Sntention
sho�mino• the same wa� published a.ecord.ing to la�v; and
tPo'HERr.AS, Said City Clerk has also presented a.nd filed his
a.ifida.vit of ma.iling notices of the adoptior. of said Resolution of
Intention in the time, form, and,manner, and to the persons, �.11 as
provid.e� by an Act of the Legisl�ture of the State of Calii'ornia desig-
nated.as "Division 7 of the Streets and_ Highways Code" a.nd cited as
the "Improvement Act of 1911"�, and_�a.mendments thereto; and .
F'JHEREAS, the Cit,y En�;ir.ee.r-Superintendent of Streets has
heretofore presented and filed an affidavit showing that notic=s of
the p�?�sage of said Re�olution oi Intention have been posted in the

tiNH�REAS, a.t said hearir,g held on the 15th day of June, 1948,

City of Lynwoocl that the eaid City Gouncil has acquired ful_l ,juris-
d.iction to order the proposed work or improvement.
